Terms and conditions for using Fan Arena.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fan Arena fantasy cricket application, website, and related services (together, the “Service” or “Fan Arena”). By accessing or using Fan Arena, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Fan Arena Fantasy Sports Private Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a free fantasy cricket experience for adult users (18+) located in eligible regions of India. There are no deposits, no paid entry formats, and no monetary rewards.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use Fan Arena.

If you do not meet these conditions, you must not use Fan Arena.

3. Nature of the Service.

Fan Arena is a free fantasy cricket experience. You can build line-ups for supported cricket matches, track performance, and view in-app scores and rankings. Fan Arena does not offer money-based formats.

Free access to supported fantasy cricket features for eligible users.
Line-up creation, scoring, and in-app performance tracking.
Access to match lists, rules, and other in-app information.

3.2 What Fan Arena does not include.

No deposits or top-ups into a wallet for fantasy play.
No paid entry formats or fee-based contests.
No cash prizes, cash payouts, or monetary rewards.
No promises of income, financial returns, or guaranteed outcomes.

Points, ranks, badges, and similar features inside Fan Arena are indicators of in-app performance only and have no cash value.

4. Account registration and security.

Some features of Fan Arena may require you to create an Account or provide certain information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details and to keep them updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login details associated with your Account and for all activities that occur under your Account, except where clearly caused by our error.

5. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct.

Fan Arena is intended for individual, fair, and responsible use. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so.

5.1 You agree not to:

Use Fan Arena if you are under 18 or in a restricted region.
Create multiple Accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to interact with the Service.
Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to access underlying source code without permission.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks.

5.2 Consequences of violation.

6. Scoring, rankings, and in-app indicators.

Fan Arena uses points, ranks, leaderboards, and other in-app indicators to reflect performance within the fantasy cricket experience. These are purely for entertainment and tracking purposes.

Scoring rules may change from time to time to stay aligned with current cricket formats and conditions.
Points, positions, or any other performance indicators do not entitle you to money, goods, or rewards of monetary value.
In case of obvious technical errors in scoring or ranking, we may adjust results to correct those errors.

7. Third-party services and links.

Fan Arena may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources (for example, app stores, social channels, or cricket information sites). These are provided for convenience only.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or policies.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Any references to third-party brands, competitions, or entities are for identification purposes and do not imply endorsement or partnership unless clearly stated.

8. Privacy and data handling.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information in connection with Fan Arena.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to the Service and termination.
